How To Become a Green Business in Nevada

Donna Walden, president of the greenUP! Board will gave a presentation on the Nevada Green Business Network and how to become a certified green business. greenUP! is partnering with GreenACTnv to assist Douglas County businesses enhance their environmental performance.  

At the heart of the program is GreenBizTracker, a web-based software program that provides an easy to use framework to help businesses adopt sustainable practices. The program is FREE and businesses in the program are likely to save on energy and reduce their waste disposal costs.  Walden will walk through the three easy steps to become green certified.
